Our products

HER and HIM are TGA-listed complementary medicines. They are intended to support nutritional intake and general wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Always read the label and follow directions for use. Vitamins and minerals should not replace a balanced diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Personal use only

Our products are sold for personal use. You may not purchase our products for resale, export, or commercial distribution without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel orders we reasonably believe are intended for resale or export.

Placing an order

By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting your order you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency selected at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us, and cancellation will take effect from your next scheduled billing date. We will notify you in advance of any change to subscription pricing.

We may suspend or cancel a subscription at our discretion, including where payment fails, where we reasonably suspect misuse of the subscription (such as resale), or where continuing to supply the product is not possible.

Shipping
